Join us for this transformative 7 day wellness retreat in beautiful Exuma! Think warm weather, ocean breezes and 5 star accommodations along with daily yoga, meditation, 1:1 life coaching, sound baths and meals created by an Executive Chef. Experience what Exuma has to offer as we explore the stunning island beaches and taste the local cuisine. All within a fun, safe, caring community of like minded women!

in the Bahamas
Accommodations: Beautiful Estrella y mar Villa, Breakwater Drive, Exuma, The Bahamas. Rooms are single (2), double (2) or shared king (1) on a first come first served basis.
Meals: Breakfast, lunch & dinner provided daily, excluding two lunches and one dinner when on excursions.
Transportation: Please note that participants are responsible for their own air flights. These can be booked individually or through Movement Travel Ltd for a nominal fee. Please book flights in and out of Exuma International Airport (GGT). Airport transfers are included as well as any scheduled island transportation for excursions, including taxis and water taxi.
Payment: A deposit of $500 is required by September 1st to secure a spot. The remaining balance is due no later than October 31st 2026. Any cancellations after October 31st will forfeit the deposit. All fees will be non-refundable if cancellation is within 48 hours of the retreat. All payments and registrations for this retreat will be made through Movement Travel.

Insurance: All participants will be asked to show proof of travel insurance, including, Out-of-Province Emergency Medical and Trip Cancellation coverage. You will also have the option of purchasing this through Movement Travel.
